A parte fondete in una casseruola a bagnomaria il cioccolato spezzettato. Versate ora il cioccolato fuso e il latte sui tuorli. Mettete il composto ottenuto in una casseruola a bagnomaria e fatelo addensare mescolando continuamente, ma senza portarlo a bollire.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Riducete il polvere gli amaretti e incorporate al composto. Imburrate e infarinate due teglie da forno per muffins con 10-12 vaschette l'uno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;In una terrina versate la farina setacciata, lo zucchero, il lievito e un pizzico di sale.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Mischiate e formate una fontana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;In un'altra ciotola sbattete l'uovo, il latte e l'olio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Versate il tutto nella fontana e amalgamate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Aggiungete le gocce di cioccolato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Mescolate per distribuire il cioccolato nell'impasto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Versate il composto negli stampi riempiendoli per 3/4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Infornate per 20/25 minuti, o finché i muffins non saranno lievitati e avranno assunto un colore dorato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Aprire il forno. align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Aggiungete a filo il cioccolato fuso; fate bollire mescolando, poi levate dal fuoco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Frullate la cioccolata e traferitela nelle tazze già calde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Decorate con la panna montata insieme allo zucchero vanigliato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;p un tegame, unite la stecca di vaniglia e portate a ebollizione.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;A parte frullate 6 tuorli e 2 uova intere assieme alla farina e incorporate con lo zucchero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Versate lentamente il latte bollente mescolando continuamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Mettete il composto in un tegame sul fuoco e portate a bollire; togliete subito dal fuoco, unite il burro e fate raffreddare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Farcite i bignè con la crema e disponeteli a piramide su un piatto da portata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Mescolando con cura fate sciogliere a bagnomaria il cioccolato grattuggiato insieme con il latte, unendo la farina per farlo raddensare ed eventualmente un po' di zucchero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Dopo qualche minuto di cottura togliete la crema dal fuoco e unite i tuorli d'uovo mescolando bene.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Fate raffreddare la crema e poi usatela per ricoprire uniformemente la piramide di bignè.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Mantenete in fresco e, al momento di servire, montate la panna con lo zucchero a velo e utilizzatela pr guarnire il style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Per fare la pasta frolla servono:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;300 gr di farina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;150 gr di burro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;3 tuorli&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;150 gr di zucchero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;3 cucchiai di lievito&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Dopo avere amalgamato per bene il tutto, vi dovrebbe venire un impasto morbido e compatto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Tiratelo fuori dal contenitore, appiattitelo con il matarello e appoggiateci sopra la teglia che volete usare, per calcolare la dimensione della base della crostata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Prendete della carta forno, mettetela nella teglia e inserite la crostata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Aggiungete la marmellata (io vi consiglio quella con le ciligie) e formate delle strisce con l'impasto avanzato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Per finire, mettetele sulla crostata creando una specie di griglia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span aggiungete lo zucchero, amalgamando per bene il tutto. cioccolato:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;30 gr di maizena&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;1 uovo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;2 cucchiai di zucchero di canna&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;2 bustine di zucchero vanigliato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;30 gr di cacao in polvere setacciato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;300 ml di latte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;150 gr di burro morbido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;100 gr di zucchero a velo setacciato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#663366;"&gt;Procedimento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Lavorate a crema il burro con il frullino elettrico alla velocità massima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Incorporate a poco a poco i due tipi di zucchero e una punta di sale e continuate a frullare finchè li avrete amalgamati perfettamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Unite un uovo alla volta e mescolate per 1/2 minuto prima di aggiungere il successivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Mescolate la farina, il cacao e il lievito, setacciateli e incorporateli in due porzioni alla crema continuando a frllare a velocità media fino a quando l'impasto sarà perfettamente amalgamato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Dividete l'impasto in due parti uguali e versate ciascuna in uno stampo ad anello imburrato di 26cm di diametro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Scaldate il forno a 160°.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Cuocete le torte una dopo l'altra (o insieme se si tratta di un forno ventilato) per 15 - 20 minuti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Lasciate le torte negli stampi peruna decina di minuti, quindi rimuovetele e mettetele a raffreddare sulla gratella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Mescolate in una pentola la maizena e l'uovo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Unite i due tipi di zucchero e il cacao, aggiungete il latte e portate a ebollizione, mescolando.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Lasciate cuocere la crema finchè si sarà addensata, quindi copritela e lasciatela raffreddare a temperatura ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Lavorate a crema il burro e lo zucchero al velo con il frullino elettrico e incorporate a poco a poco la crema al cioccolato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Mettete uno stampo ad anello intorno a una delle torte e ricopritela uniformemente con 2/3 della crema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Mettete sulla crema la seconda torta e premetela leggermente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Stendete la crema rimasta su tutta la torta e create un motivo ondulato con il dorso di un cucchiaio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#993399;"&gt;Cospargete la torta con il cioccolato grattugiato e tenetela in fresco fino al momento di portarla in tavola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span persona.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:100%;color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Possono tirare su di morale e migliorare la salute (in pochi casi però) come nel caso della cioccolata fondente che aiuta a risolvere problemi di pressione.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:100%;color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Io personalmente, ho sempre adorato tutto dei dolci: prepararli e mangiarli.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:100%;color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bisogna stare attenti però alle conseguenze che potrebbero portare come ad esempio lo sviluppo di carie e l'aumento di kili.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:100%;color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ritornando al blog invece, spero che vi piaccia e scriverete numerosi commenti.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:100%;color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span
